- Starting Sept 12th (Wednesday) for nine (9) weeks at the String Bean restaurant in Richardson (http://www.thestringbean.com/) from 7:30 – 9:00 PM. The String Bean is located at the NW corner of Coit and Spring Valley Rd.
- Come early to order an optional meal.
- Discussion begins at 7:30 PM.
- $18.00 for the book.
- Course Description: The class begins by examining the broader definition of “sustainability,” and then gradually focuses on what that term means in relation to our food, housing and transportation.
