Happy Hour / Dinner – Park – Dallas (8/12/09)

Please join us for a Happy Hour/Dinner at Park on Wednesday, August 12th!

Park is a casual restaurant and bar located in the lower Henderson neighborhood.  Park’s kitchen strives to use local, sustainable & organic products wherever possible and is “recycling” the restaurant’s kitchen scraps to local produce purveyor, Tom Spicer, for him to compost on his urban farm. In addition to the rooftop container herb garden, Park is working with the Texas Honeybee Guild to sustain a population of honeybees with the ultimate goal of producing its own honey.
